Policies & Procedures

•  Must be 18 or older to book an appointment, anyone under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure ALL appointments. Deposits are applied to your service, with the remaining balance due at time of appointment via Cash , Credit Card or zelle 

• No extra guests or kids allowed!

• Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes. No eye make up !! An additional ($10) will be applied to your balance if I have to clean your lashes!

• We are aware of traffic and understand situations may occur beyond your control. We allow a 15 minute grace period to all clients. If you are 20 minutes late for your service there will be a $20 late fee and you may or may not have to reschedule. (To be determined once notified)

• If you need to reschedule please let us know 24 hours before your scheduled service or your deposit will be forfeited & charged a fee. You will need to make a new deposit to be serviced 

• No-Call/No-Show - All deposits will be FORFEITED and you will be charged for the full service scheduled.

• Please be mindful that the use of  cell phones and continued movement during your service will delay the process!

• Maintenance is required to ensure healthy lashes and great retention. You must schedule a touch up within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, your service is considered a NEW SET! No exceptions!

• After 3 Fills a new set is required 

• Please read reminder email for everything that you need to know prior to your appointment.
